Taxi experiences

We have a taxi system that works pretty well. Cheryl and Jennie sit in the back and I sit in the front.   Yesterday evening we took a cab to the bus stop for our night tour.  I saw my life flash in front of my eyes a few dozen times in that cab.  No exaggeration!  Plus I saw the person on their bike have a near death experience!  Seriously, it was so scary that all I could do was sit and watch. I couldn't even use my phone.  Then the cab on the way home was pretty scary and we hit a bump and either the 20 I was carrying flew out the window or landed somewhere in the cab. 

So I have learned that lanes are a suggestion in NYC. Speed is a suggestion as well. If you have more than one car length between you and the other car floor it. Red lights mean go fast or slam on brakes.  If you honk once it means move.  If you honk twice it means don't come on over. If you honk three times good luck.
